    Hi, my name is Natalie Simpson.  I have been in the Automotive industry for over 32 years, with over 20 years as a Service Advisor.  I enjoy making long lasting friends (customers) at my job.

    When I have free time I really enjoy spending time with my 3 German Short Haired Pointers.  I have a Son and Daughter. I love traveling, horses, hiking, hunting, fishing, gardening, canning, crafts, and especially spending time with my Family and Friends.

    I consider most of my customers friends and enjoy meeting new people every day.

    Hi, my name is Joe Galant.   I have been Volvo Technician for over 33 years now!!  My love for Volvos goes back to the early 1980s.  I have been the president for Puget Sound Volvo Cars of America Club for over 18 years.  I really enjoy talking to the customers and helping them with there Volvos.  I have owned many many Volvos over the years and it gives me great pleasure to "fix" them up or "modify" them for shows and events.  

    When Im not working on Volvos I love to take pictures of Volvos, scenic, and special events.  I have been an active Volunteer for Special Olympics Washington.  Being active in my community gives me a sense of pride.  I was also the president of the Epilepsy Foundation, volunteered for Friendship Adventures (non profit for the disabled) and have photograpghed their events.

    I love to spend time with my family and take joy in watching my kids grow.

    If you have an older Volvo then Im your guy!

    Hi, my name is Dylan Ossinger.  I have been working at Sandberg Volvo for over 3 years now.  I really have a love for cars and working with people.  It is rewarding to help customers.

    When Im not writing service I enjoy the outdoors. Snowboarding, dirtbike riding, hiking, and mountain biking.  I also enjoy going to car shows and meets.  Its fun to work on cars with my friends and modify vehicles.

    Hi, my name is Jim Bainard.  I have been in the business for over 30 years.  I graduated from Lake Washington Technical College. I am ASE Master Technician, Emissions Certified, and a Certified Volvo Technician.

    I really enjoy Classic Cars from the 60s-70s.  I am currently restoring a 1966 Chevy Impala SS.  I also enjoy woodworking and carpentry.

    I have been married for 26 years, and have two sons.  My oldest is learning carpentry and my youngest is special needs child with Angleman Syndrome.

    Hi, my name is Angel Lopez.  I grew up and have lived in Washington my whole life. I have been with Sandberg for over 4 years now.  I started in the wash line, then earned a position in the shop.  I have learned a large amount the last few years and my favorite part of the job is working on the new SPA platform (XC90 and S90).  I am lucky to have senior technicians that care about me and my future.

    Some of my interest include traveling, outdoors, hiking, and camping with friends and family.  I also enjoy riding my motorcycle and taking road trips.  Spending time with my family is important to me.

    Hi, my name is Ray Howe.

    I am a Service Technician for Sandberg.  I was born in Spokane Washington and have lived all over the Northwest.  I have always enjoyed working on vehicles or anything to do with motor sports.  It gives me gratitude and happiness to fix peoples cars.  Diagnosing and successfully repairing cars is fun, like a puzzle.  I enjoy my fellow Technicians and the commendatory and respect we have built up. I have been with Sandberg for one year and look forward to many more.

    Hi, my name is Dave Bushnell, I am the Service Manager here at Sandberg Volvo.  I have been with Sandberg for over 17 years and in the auto industry for over 23 years.  I enjoy helping people with their cars and forming long lasting relationships. 

    I enjoy traveling with my Wife, Toni, to warm climates. Mostly taking Cruises in the Caribbean.  I have two Step Sons, Dylan and Brandon.  Dylan works here at Sandberg as a Service Advisor and enjoys snowboarding, cars, dirt bike riding and travel.  Brandon has a Wife, Eden, two boys (my Grandsons!!).  My daughter is 14 years old and involved in sports and singing. I have been coaching girls softball for over 6 years now.  Our team the Snohomish Shock travels all over the U.S. to compete in high level softball tournaments.  

     I appreciate all of my customers over the years!!!  Sandberg Volvo is a great place to work.

    Hi, my name is Patrick Deasy.  I was born in Montana and have lived here in the Seattle area for 20 years. I joined the Sandberg team about 6 months ago, however I have over 29 years in the Automotive Industry. Creating effective teamwork has always been fun, it gives me a sense of accomplishment to help clients make the best decision for their vehicle.  I enjoy the relationships I create with my clients. 

    When I am not helping clients fix their cars I enjoy playing the piano, antiquing, salvaging, woodwork, home restoration and everything Whidbey!
